Indulge in a few shots of whiskey while showing off these awesome vintage shot glasses. This rare set is made by Anchor Hocking and they are described as "Whiskey Jiggers" on the box - though they look more like shot glasses to me. Ironically, the shot glasses have a prohibition theme and they are decorated with the statements "The Saloon Must Go", "Vote Dry", "Bread not Booze", "The Curse is Upon Us" and "Goodbye Mr. Booze". I can only surmise that they are meant to make fun of the idea of liquor being banned. These glasses were likely created in the 1950's or 1960's. No chips or cracks and the box is included. The glasses hold 2.5 oz and they are 2.75" tall. The box shows some wear which is typical for its age however the glasses are in perfect condition. These would make a great gift for a friend who loves irony and drinking.
